Kohler Academy was established to meet the great demand for qualified hair stylists and skin care therapists. With the right training and confidence, you can earn an incredible salary doing something you really love.

At Kohler Academy, you'll train at the highest technical and professional levels with a variety of select products, learning the skills that today’s top spas and salons are looking for.

With a lively classroom experience supervised by experienced, vibrant, and talented educators — enhanced by plenty of valuable hands-on experience with real clients — Kohler Academy will give you the training and confidence you need to:

  • Pass your state cosmetology license exam
  • Fast-track through assistance programs and internships more quickly than students from other schools
  • Stay current on trends in style, wellness, and culture
  • Take charge of your business affairs

Classes are scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (30 minute lunch), Tuesday through Saturday.

The 1,600-hour Cosmetology Program takes 11 months to complete, and the 600-hour Skin Care Program requires a 5-month commitment. The program for Cosmetology Educators is 650 hours and takes 5 months to complete, and the program for Skin Care Educators is 500 hours over 4 months.

Whichever route you take, you’ll be well on your way toward a rewarding career in a fun, exciting, and recession-proof business.
